WHO WE ARE
Chicano Power™ is a grassroots cultural, media, and educational organization rooted in East Los Angeles, dedicated to the empowerment of the Chicano / Mexican-American community. Through media, education, and talent development, Chicano Power™ amplifies La Raza's voice on a national and global stage.
The Brown Berets TV platform is proudly hosted at the Chicano Power™ platform, uniting media, activism, education, and talent under one digital roof — Por La Raza, Para La Raza.

Chicano Power™ has acquired two landmark university domains and is actively building out the first Mexican-American university — a historic milestone for La Raza.
CHICANO UNIVERSITY™
The first university dedicated entirely to the Chicano / Mexican-American experience. Offering degree programs in Chicano Leadership, Law, Health Sciences, Arts & Culture, STEM, and featuring the landmark Chicano Police Academy. Chicano Power™ acquired the official domain and is building the full institutional platform.

The companion institution anchoring the Mexican-American academic identity alongside Chicano University. Together, these two universities will form the cornerstone of higher education for La Raza — built by the community, for the community. DAVID SANCHEZ, PhD
Dr. David Sanchez is the founder of the Brown Berets and a lifelong champion of La Causa. As a pioneering Chicano activist, educator, and community organizer, he led the historic East Los Angeles Walkouts, the Chicano Moratorium, and the occupation of Catalina Island. His decades of service have shaped the Chicano civil rights movement and inspired generations of community leaders across the nation.
With a PhD and a lifetime dedicated to justice, education, and cultural pride, Dr. Sanchez continues to lead the Brown Berets National Party — guiding the movement into the digital age through Brown Berets TV and the Chicano Power™ platform. Por La Raza, Para La Raza.

Santos Trani serves as the official host of the Brown Berets TV platform — the national streaming network of the Brown Berets National Party, powered by Chicano Power™. As platform host, Santos brings together Chicano culture, history, activism, and community storytelling across Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Google TV, iPhone, and Android.
Rooted in the Wilmas area and committed to La Causa, Santos Trani is a key figure in bringing Chicano Power's media vision to life — amplifying La Raza's voice on a national and global stage. "It's Never Over."
